Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) provide high-level medical care that must be provided by or under the direct supervision of licensed health professionals, such as registered nurses (RNs) and physical, speech, and occupational therapists. SNFs are certified by Medicare and can offer a wide range of services and medical care: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, etc.
Memory Care
Memory care is a form of long-term skilled nursing that specializes in providing a safe and structured environment for people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other types of memory problems. Beyond providing meals, and assistance with personal care, specially trained staff work with residents of various unique issues related to memory care and offer 24-hour supervised care.
Long-Term Care
Long-term care involves various services designed to meet a person’s health or personal care needs. Some of these services include bathing, dressing, and preparing meals. These services help people live as independently and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities independently.
